Booking and cancellation of individual guests’ stays

  • To book a stay in Medjugorje for individual guests (i.e., singles, couples, families, etc.) you may use the box you see in the lower part of the screen. Alternatively, you may contact Medjugorje Hotel & Spa directly.
  • When booking, you will be asked to give a credit card number as a warranty.
  • If you cancel your reservation within 3 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be incurred.
  • If you cancel your reservation within less than 3 days prior to arrival, the hotel will charge your card the cost of 1 night’s accommodation.
  • Anyway, if you must cancel your reservation or if want to amend your booking, please contact Medjugorje Hotel & Spa: we are always available to find an agreement.

“Best Non-Refundable Rate” reservation

  • Our “Best Non-Refundable Rate” reservation is a special booking option with which we offer you a room at a lower price, exclusive benefits, discounts on our services and the possibility of a late check-out.
  • When booking, the hotel will charge you the total amount of the stay. In case of cancellation, amendment, no-show or early departure, the hotel will refund you nothing (i.e., for this special offer our usual booking and cancellation policy does not apply).
  • This deal is valid only for a limited number of rooms.

Booking and cancellation of groups’ stays

  • To book a group accommodation in Medjugorje please contact Medjugorje Hotel & Spa directly.
  • When booking, the hotel will charge you the 30% of the total amount of the stay as a deposit. Alternatively, you will be asked to give a credit card number as a warranty.
  • If you cancel your reservation within 45 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be incurred and the hotel will refund you the deposit.
  • If you cancel your reservation within less than 45 days prior to arrival, the hotel will not refund you the deposit. If you have given a credit card number as a warranty, the hotel will charge your card the 30% of the total amount of the stay.
  • In case of a reduction of the length of the stay (i.e., delayed arrival or early departure), the hotel will charge you the total amount of the stay.
